We engage with our customers on all elements of home renovations, from picking the paint color to selecting the shape and size of the room to the finishing touches. You can expect to be a part of all the key conversations concerning the design and functionality of your new house.

Consultation

One of our expert will schedule a meeting with you to discuss & lock in your preferred vs. most practical layout for the space, as well as go over tile options, fixtures & fittings, paint colors, joinery finishes, & lighting options, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each, allowing you to make the best decision possible & ensuring the perfect space is created for you.

Inspection

At this stage, we must guarantee that all services to the area have been disconnected, and the space will be completely stripped down. We recognize that renovations can be stressful, especially if you're living in your home while work is being done. To help ease this, we start with a site meeting with a PCC Expert to go over the renovation process and how it will impact your household. Access, delivery, and the waste will all be documented and explained.

Build

Now comes the exciting part... The blueprints have been finalized, and renovation process will begin. We'll begin renovating your existing house into your dream home using the high-quality materials you've chosen. Once the renovation is complete , we  will conduct all necessary inspections to verify that all work complies with or exceeds building code standards.

Walkthrough

After we’ve made your dream into a reality, tell us how we did! We will work until you believe we’ve captured what you really wanted and would very much appreciate feedback! Now that we are done, You and your family to return home and relax in your new surroundings. Remember, even when we've left the site, we're always just a phone call away.
