A coordinator visits the property, measures and photographs the areas involved, and talks through what you want done — at no charge and no obligation. Moving out is normally only worth it when a project takes out your only kitchen or bathroom, or involves major structural work.

Size and scope drive most of it, followed by material and finish selections, any structural or mechanical upgrades, permit and inspection requirements, and site access. In Metro Vancouver, standard renovations typically run $80 to $200 per square foot and full gut renovations $200 to $400+. Roofing and decking are measured and quoted separately.
