Our Process
At PCC our team works together to increase efficiency, maintain control, make educated choices, and reduce risk.
1. Identify
The most important factor of our work is understanding what you, the client, envisions. Whether it be a shiny oak hardwood floor in your living room to entertain your guests in or to fill your bedroom with natural lighting from one of our beautiful skylights, we will do our best to capture that vision.
2. Plan
Once you have told us what you’d like, we now will work on designing a template and planning a timeframe on how long the project might take. This is where we will finalize the materials you want, as well as the days you want us to work for you. Once we’ve designed your idea, we will go over it in detail so you will know when we’ll begin as well as an estimate of when it will end.
3. Work
Now that we have the concrete map of what you want, it’s time to start working! We will always make sure that we have the required permits, ensure that our crew understands the scope of work and takes necessary steps to ensure proper site safety is carried out before commencing work.
4. Walkthrough
After we’ve made your dream into a reality, tell us how we did! We will work until you believe we’ve captured what you really wanted and would very much appreciate feedback!
